Warranty & Returns offers two different types of warranty, depending on what the product is and what was stated as per policy at the time of purchase. Please have your packaging handy and see the options below!

Golden Edge 1 Year Service Warranty:

We at will always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We have a in-house certified technical team working on your products round the clock at our Chishtian office. We offer a one-year limited warranty on products at whose invoice has an order number mentioned as that is used to claim a warranty with us. keeps the right to disapprove any warranty claims based on things like if the product is damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work. If the product is unable to be repaired under the service warranty then no replacement unit would be issued as it includes repairs only.

Ge Online 7 Days Replacement Policy:

Its the 7 days warranty that changed how online shopping was done in Pakistan. We are not just the trendsetters but the first store in Pakistan to have a fully functional Returns policy and most importantly made other stores follow this trend in order to confirm the safety of our & other customers across Pakistan has a full 7 Days replacement policy for all our products so you can be sure that the product you have purchased online has no manufacturing faults or defects. If any issue is reported within 7 Days via email or by calling at 03322507103 then your product shall be replaced immediately.Always make sure to make unboxing video when you receive a parcel from us incase if you receive an incomplete order. this will help you and us both and will protect your side.

All Physical faults are to be inspected at the time of purchase and they are the ones that can be visible but claims for scratches, dents shall not be entertained in our 7 Days return policy and only the issues that can not be spotted are to be covered but some time video made on camera QC and in case customer find issue we can share that video as case of video proof provided to customer return cannot be made. You are requested to check your product before you pay for it in the case our staff is making the delivery

If you are getting your delivery from a Courier company *e.g. (LCS)* and they do not let you open the flyer then you can report about any such issues on the day you get the delivery via call or email

Please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). If removed then the packing for the replacement item shall be removed to adjust for the replaced item.

Only the price of the item is refundable courier and delivery charges are not refundable also on free delivery orders in case of refund delivery charges are applied and deducted from the refund.sometimes we charge only 200Rs flast COD charged on bulky items to facilitate customers and manage the extra weight from our profit.upon return of that order.full courier invoice charges will be deducted.In case of bank transfer inter bank charges are applied and deducted to the refund amount after receiving the goods in proper condition.If a customer needs a replacement for any product customer will pay both side courier charges. Change of mind will also be accepted and you can also return an item and buy some other product in the same amount or with a price difference. if you have received the wrong item we do also support our can take into our notice and ship back the item with the order number. after receiving the item we will ship you the right item or refund in case of item unavailability and can send you a matching item after your approval.Before entertaining a complaint 1st QC of the returned item is done which may take 2-4 working days.

Making a Warranty Claim:

Before contacting Support, be sure to check different forums using google for the issue you are encountering, as it helps in most cases
If your problem is still not resolved, call our Support Team at 03322507103 or via email at "". If we are still unable to resolve your issue, and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, our Support Team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement or repairs.

Once the product is received, will at its discretion, ship a replacement to you postage/shipping paid. If repairs are required we shall update you 
within 10 days when we receive your phone on our end. reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period, dated from the original date of purchase

 There will no warranty if there is any backfire or any issue from power supply.

There will be no warranty of panel.


Buying a product with "No Warranty" :  

If you are buying a product on without any warranty we would like to assure you that the same level of quality goes into checking these products as it does for the ones in 1 Year warranty by Ge Online. What really makes it different is that instead of our 3 Days return policy we just offer our customers a 24 Hours replacement policy after they receive their products and also they obviously do not get the free repairs for a whole year that we offer other wise. If your product is out of warranty and you still wish to get it fixed with us then we would be happy to do it for you but for that the cost of repairs needs to be paid by the customer.
